MISSION STATEMENT
Niagara Falls Tourism (Visitor and Convention Bureau) is the official tourism marketing organization of the Community, responsible for developing public and private sector programs that produce incremental visitor business and resulting economic development returns for the City, its residents and the business community.

ENQUIRY KIT PROGRAM |
|
The Enquiry Kit Program is a complete follow up information package for Niagara Falls, Ontario. This information package is mailed out to the thousands and thousands of enquiries received in our office by mail, telephone or e-mail. |
|
Along with the Niagara Falls Tourism's publication such as, the Guide Niagara, Tear Off Map and the Dining & Shopping Guide, NFT offers to its' membership the opportunity to have THEIR brochure included in the follow up package. |
|
Standard rack size brochure is only 38 cents per enquiry...(a saving of 12 cents if mailed through Canada Post) |
|
Oversize brochures are 50 cents per enquiry...(a savings of 35 cents if mailed through Canada Post) |
|
You will be invoiced monthly for the total number of kits that have been mailed out in response to tourist requests. |
|
In 2005, Niagara Falls Tourism prepared and mailed over 10,000 packages. |
|
You can get involved in the Enquiry Kit Program during any time of the year, for as many months you feel is beneficial for your business. |

It is not a requirement to participate in the Enquiry Kit Program for a 12 month period. |

Distribution of 200,000 annually through:
- Brochure Rack Distribution Program: 180 racks located throughout Niagara Region in various hotel/motel, restaurant, and attraction lobbies.
- Niagara Parks Commission: Various information centres located throughout the Parks System.
- Casino Niagara & the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort: Rack located within Casino's will also serve as another distribution outlet for the Dining & Shopping Guide.
- NFT Information Centres: Main office at 5400 Robinson St., Rainbow Bridge & Stanley Avenue/420 Hwy
- Ontario Travel Information Centre(s): Located at the corner of Highway 420 and Stanley Avenue. Also located on the QEW, Toronto bound before the Skyway.
- Inquiry Fulfillment: Upon request or Niagara Falls Tourism's discretion for dining or shopping materials the Dining & Shopping Guide will be sent by mail to interested parties via the information kits that serve as fulfillment to telephone, mail, and e-mail inquiries to the office.
- Special Functions: Conventions, special events and sporting events are supplied with delegate kits for their functions.
- Fringe locations: will be supplied with appropriate quantities, these would be composed of AAA and CAA offices located throughout the U.S. & Canada; Ontario Travel Centres located throughout the province of Ontario; Travel Agencies from NFT's database; Travel Trade Shows etc.

A full-colour perfect-bound publication featuring detailed information on Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. This comprehensive guide is well-organized and user-friendly featuring sections for accommodations, attractions, dining, theatre, night life, golf, wine country, conference and meeting space, shopping, spas, destination management companies, FIT services, receptive operators, transportation, and special services with colour-coded tabs for easy access to the information our clients will need. |

The Niagara Falls Canada Destination Planner has become the industry reference guide for Niagara. |
|
All members of Niagara Falls Tourism will receive one FREE listing in the Destination Planner with the option to purchase advertising as well. |
|
20,000 copies of the Destination Planner is published annually. |
|
The Planner will be distributed exclusively to fully-accredited convention planners and tour operators using a combination of methods including: polybagging with M&IT Magazine; direct mail followup from Corporate Shows; direct mail to Travel Trade operators; and more!

BROCHURE DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM
|
The objective of the Brochure Distribution Program is to facilitate the distribution of participant.s brochures in the Niagara Region. The program is a not-for-profit co-operative advertising program co-ordinated by Niagara Falls Tourism and governed by the brochure distribution committee. Brochure slot availability will focus on Niagara Falls attractions and entertainment operations. |

The Niagara Falls Tourism Dining & Shopping Guide is available for the restaurant and shopping sectors. |
|
Brochure quantity of between 100,000 - 200,000 is required. |
|
Brochures must be full colour printing and paperweight stock sufficient as to not fold over within racks. |
|
Individual advertisers are responsible to maintain insurance coverage of brochures in storage or circulation. |
|
Placement in the rack is done on a lottery basis each year. |
|
Brochures are to be delivered to a designated storage facility for distribution. |
