The Niagara Regional Athletics Council (NRAC), established in 1974, is the oldest operating track and field club in the Niagara Region. Their objective is to emphasize fun, fitness, skill development and the basics of good competition among its members. The 86th Annual Man-A-Mile Relay Race hosted by the NRAC was held on Thanksgiving Day. Beginning at Fort George, 15 relay teams of 14 runners each raced 28km along the Niagara Parkway to Niagara Falls, ending at Oakes Park. Post race drinks and food were provided to all participants and race volunteers while awards were presented to the winning teams. Proceeds from the event will benefit the NRAC’s
