From popular traditional sports to interesting non-traditional sports, Cintrón SportsFest Niagara aims to facilitate clubs & organizations that would like to host an amateur sporting event or competition here in the Niagara Region. Any sports group or organization can participate, we hope to have a wide variety of sport categories included in SportsFest events.
In order to guarantee each tournament is well run, Cintrón SportsFest Niagara partners with a regional sports organizations for each sports discipline. Through this event management partnership tournament logistics such as event sanctioning, tournament scheduling, officiating, venue selection and so forth are all organized.
Everyone that registers for any of the following SportsFest events is also entitled to participate in public programming which includes a fireworks display over Niagara Falls Friday, January 25th, 2013 at 9:00 pm. All athletes will receive free entry into the Sports Party at the Scotiabank Convention Centre doors open at 8:00pm on Saturday, January 26th, 2013, this will be a huge party for all SportsFest participants which includes performances by Keys N Krates, BADBADNOTGOOD and DJ Skratch Bastid! Each participant will also receive a Experience Niagara goodie bag which includes a free ice-skating pass for the TD RINK at the Brink just a snow-balls throw from the Falls.

To become fully certified at any level, a coach must complete the Multi-sport module, Volleyball Course and then complete the Portfolio and Evaluation component.The Volleyball Course (formerly called theTechnical component) and Portfolio and Evaluation (formerly called the practical component) are managed by Ontario Volleyball. The Multi-sport (Intro to Comp courses) component is managed by the Coaches Assocation of Canada.
