2-Day Floral Trail Itinerary
Love fresh flowers and gardens? The Fleurs de Villes Niagara Falls festival is exactly what you need to getaway for a few days and smell the roses! Make it a couple's escape or girls' weekend to explore the Floral Trail with dining, shopping and must-visit attractions along the route.
With more than 30 pop-up floral installations being featured in the Fallsview Entertainment District and Niagara Parks from September 24 to October 3, 2021, you'll need a few days to see them all! We've divided the routes into two sections as an example of how to experience the best of Niagara Falls during the floral festival.
Niagara Falls' Entertainment District features luxury hotels, fine dining, Canada's largest gaming resort, and family-friendly attractions along Fallsview Boulevard, all within 500 metres of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls. With an incredible selection of Fallsview hotels and restaurants to choose from, you'll always have the most magnificent view, day and night.
Start your Fleurs de Villes Floral Trail experience at the corner of Livingstone Street and Fallsview Boulevard at the Marriot on the Falls with a spectacular floral staircase (indoors) and floral bench (outdoors) to kick-off your floral selfie album. As you explore north along Fallsview Boulevard you'll encounter fresh floral mannequins, a bear in a floral garden at the Radisson Hotel, and a lovely floral heart in front of the Fallsview Casino.
Across from the casino, the Hilton Hotel features not one, but two floral installations (one indoors). As you round the corner on Murray Street you'll spot the American Falls on your way to the Skylon Tower and across the promenade to Robinson Street to experience six beautiful pop-up displays, including a floral replica of the Skylon Tower and a floral butterfly. Don't miss the Skylon Tower's delectable delights on the Revolving Dining Room's lunch and dinner menus.
Continuing along the trail, the Old Stone Inn features two impressive floral installations with floral-themed culinary and artistry events taking place during the Fleurs de Villes festival. Heading east on Robinson Street you can enjoy both a beautiful floral display and tasty treats at the Red Ganache Bakery.

Start your route at Rambler’s Rest, the famed lookout point along the Niagara Parkway, where you will see a fresh floral mannequin inspired by Marilyn Monroe in the 1953 film Niagara – partially shot right on that spot. Make your way along the Parkway to Queen Victoria Place Restaurant, stopping to view the installations at the Niagara Parks Police building. Continue down the Parkway and keep an eye out for displays near the Illumination Tower and Table Rock Centre including an orange floral hoop to honour the children of the Residential School tragedies, and a floral photo frame at the brink of the Falls.
From Table Rock Centre, head toward the Niagara Parks Power Station where you'll find floral installations set up along the pathway leading to the entrance. The 116-year-old power station recently transformed into Niagara’s newest visitor experience, offering daytime guided and self-guided tours, as well as an immersive nighttime sound and light experience, Currents: Niagara’s Power Transformed.
Don’t miss the Niagara Parks culinary experiences and workshops.
Dining & Attractions in Niagara Parks
At night, Niagara Falls comes to life with a burgeoning culinary scene and epic views of the Falls Illumination from elevated dining and hotel windows to up close and personal along the Niagara Parkway where you can feel the mist and see the powerful flow of the water at the brink of the Falls at Table Rock Centre. At the Niagara Parks Power Station, a one-of-a-kind sensory experience reawakens the machinery of this iconic power plant through imagery, colour, lights, sound, and a breathtaking musical score. Experience Currents: Niagara's Power Transformed with shows taking place every night.
International cuisine awaits you from, Italian to Brazilian at restaurants along Fallsview Boulevard and at Niagara Parks restaurants. After dinner, head to the Fallsview Casino to try your luck, or for a different kind of adventure, Clifton Hill's exciting attractions will bring out your inner-child on the Niagara SkyWheel, Dinosaur Adventure Golf, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Upside Down House. Cap off the evening at the Niagara Brewing Company or Niagara Distillery for locally-crafted beer and cocktails.
