Hornblower Niagara Cruises announced this week their boats that take visitors to the brink of both falls from the Canadian side of the border will operate in the lower Niagara River until Sunday; November 30th.This will be the longest time ever that any boats have operated this long in the river.

Traditionally, The Maid of the Mist boats, that operated at one time from the Canadian side, closed up operations usually around Oct. 23rd.The Maids, which now operate from a dock on the U.S. side of the border, also recently announced they will extend their boat rides until Oct. 31st. It’s the longest time ever for them.

The thousands of visitors who still visit us at this time of the year will be pleased.
