There are plenty of things to keep you occupied this weekend. Here are a few of the activities:
-The popular Niagara Food Festival in nearby Welland features 48 food vendors, culinary demonstrations, a craft and Artisan Market and live entertainment.www.niagarafoodfestival.com.
-The 63rd annual Niagara Wine Festival begins September 12th and continues until the 27th.Look for a ton of wine related activities throughout all of Niagara.
-Be on the look-out for movie stars who are attending the Toronto International Film Festival in Toronto. Many of them will also take a trip to see our world famous cataract.www.tiff.net/festivals.
-On Saturday, September 12th the Niagara Parks Butterfly Conservatory will host a one-day exhibit for visitors to learn more about the lifecycle of the Monarch Butterfly and its migratory journey to Mexico.
-Just up river from the falls the annual Rieger Begonia Show will begin until October 30th. The show takes place in the Niagara Parks Showhouse at 7145 Niagara Parkway.
