You couldn’t get anymore Canadian then to have a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer (RCMP) positioned at Table Rock with the Canadian Horseshoe Falls in the background. Both are most recognisable symbols of Canada.
An officer of the RCMP dressed in a full ceremonial red and hat has been walking around the brink of the falls at Table Rock during August for the past 20 years. This year you can still find a Mountie every Friday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. until Friday, August 25th greeting visitors.
Visitors from all over the world are excited to have their photograph taken with this RCMP officer. Many of the photos are taken near the Canada 150 Art Exhibit found at this location.
If I had a nickel for every photograph taken with a Mountie, I’d be a rich guy!
I am thinking about a holiday in October 2019 & would like to see The Royal Mounted Police in full ceremonial dress is there somewhere l can see them early to mid October l will be there for 2 day`s only.
