That’s right, where ever you go in Niagara Falls you’ll see thousands of red and white tulips in full bloom. The colours pay tribute to the founding of Canada 150 years ago. One area to be sure and visit is Queen Victoria Park near the falls. In addition to the thousands of tulips there are dozens of stunning magnolia trees and flowering Japanese cherry trees and spring plants along the Niagara Parkway.
Just about all of the fantastic attractions on Clifton Hill are open waiting for you and your family. The Hornblower Niagara boat cruises to the base of the falls are in full swing. There’s another new ride just opened called WildPlay Niagara where you can swing through the trees just off the Niagara Parkway near the Whirlpool Golf Course. Speaking about swinging why not check out the MistRider zip-line attraction in the Niagara Gorge within sight of the falls.
In addition to the many colourful plants you’ll have your choice of several Mother’s Day Brunches and special room rates.
If Mom likes to do something a little more on the wild side there are two world class casinos to keep her happy.
