Big changes are taking place on part of Clifton Hill.

HOCO Entertainment and Resorts plan to build a new go cart coaster track in the area that once was the location of the Park Motor Hotel for 60 years. The hotel has recently been demolished. This will be the new signature piece for this part of the hill. This attraction will have riders spiral up three or four stories before they race down to a surface track below. Joel Noden, Director of Marketing for HOCO said, “It will be like a roller coaster. When it’s completed it will be the longest track of its kind in North America”.

Additional games, a 6-D theatre as well as new quick service restaurants are also be part of the plans.

All the changes are scheduled to be completed sometime in the summer of 2016.
