A variety of birds of prey will be on display this Father’s Day Weekend, June 16 and 17th.  at the Niagara Glen Nature Centre located at 3050 Niagara Parkway. It’s 6.7 kilometres north of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls.

Free shows throughout the day will feature such birds of prey like a bald eagle, great horned owl and an American kestrel. Demonstrations take place outside the centre at 1 and 3 p.m. each day.

The Canadian Raptor Conservancy is one of the largest captive-breeding programs in the world.
Many of the birds and endangered and some of their offspring are sent back into the wild through organized release projects.
