About 700 participants are registered to take part in a day long Triathlon to be held in parts of Niagara this Sunday, September 18th.

Participants will have to swim two kilometres, run 21.1 kilometres and bike 90 kilometres (I got tired just typing this sentence!)

They will finish at Kingsbridge Park, a few kilometres above the falls, in the late afternoon.

As a result of the running portion of this Triathlon, there will be a number of road closures along sections of the Niagara Parkway and Upper Rapids Boulevard from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Good Luck to all.
