The restaurant’s stunning décor invites guests to relax amongst exposed wood beams, white Carrera marble tables and natural, stone walls. Using only the finest, freshest ingredients, the Chef begins each pizza with Caputo flour, which is 100 per cent natural and contains no additives. He also cooks with San Marzano plum tomatoes, which are imported from Campania, the home of pizza since the Middle Ages. He uses a hand-built, wood-burning Pavesi Modena oven, which was imported from Italy and can cook pizza in 90 seconds at 900 degrees Fahrenheit.
Aside from delectable pizzas, Bravo Pizzeria & Grill’s menu features a wide selection of pasta dishes, gourmet deli sandwiches, like the signature Great Reuben, and entrees, from grilled veal chop to black angus steak. Everything in Bravo’s kitchen is authentic and of the highest quality. All deli dishes use only premium cheeses and meats, including the finest, naturally-raised and certified Pingue organic hams, which are salt cured and dry aged in cellars located at the Queenston bench of the Niagara Escarpment. The dessert menu features sensational, handmade sweets, including Bravo’s signature Nutella cheesecake.
With ample on-site parking, Bravo Pizzeria & Grill is open daily, from 11:30 a.m. to midnight, and features a take out menu, as well as call-ahead lunch ordering.
