The 6th season of Niagara Culinary Experiences wraps up with a culinary Tour of Emilia Romagna featuring celebrated Chef Massimo Capra.

The popular series consists of curated evenings hosted by Massimo Capra that take guests on a culinary tour of Italy and showcases Niagara's finest ingredients.

This event focuses on Emilia Romagna. Situated in Northern Italy, this Region is considered by many as the culinary heart of Italy. This highly productive region boasts being the source of many noteworthy kitchen staples including Balsamic Vinegar, Prosciutto di Parma, Parmesan cheese and stuffed pasta.

Events are hosted at Massimo's Italian Fallsview Restaurant and include:

  • Mix and mingle with Celebrity Chef Massimo Capra
  • Standing Cocktail Reception with Canapes and Prosecco
  • 5 Course Dinner and Wine Pairings
