You’ll be wowed with 5-courses of innovative molecular gastronomy, where food meets science, as our chefs explore artistic avant-garde cuisine with techniques such as spherification, sous vide, aeration, and liquid nitrogen. A pre-dinner reception begins your evening with drinks and canapes before being seated in our private dining room for dinner.
