"Before the Plate" takes its viewers on an agricultural journey of discovery. This screening is a joint presentation between the Wentworth-Niagara Junior Farmers and the Niagara Falls Farmers Market. Executive chef John Horne of the downtown Toronto restaurant "Canoe" will be starring in this screening. The film will display 10 ingredients from planting to cooking and everything in between, to help better connect consumers with their food. There will also be a question and answer period with some of Niagara's local farmers.
