The 6th season of Niagara Culinary Experiences continues with an Icewine dinner featuring celebrated Chef Massimo Capra.

The popular series consists of curated evenings hosted by Massimo Capra that take guests on a culinary tour of Italy and showcases Niagara's finest ingredients.

The second event in the series focuses on Niagara's famed Icewine. Renowned as a dessert wine, Niagara’s “Liquid Gold” is featured throughout the evening's menu to expand our thoughts and perception of the sweet wine.

Events are hosted at Massimo's Italian Fallsview Restaurant and include:

  • Mix and mingle with Celebrity Chef Massimo Capra
  • Standing Cocktail Reception with Canapes and Prosecco
  • 5 Course Dinner and Wine Pairings
