As a member of the Embassy Suites By Hilton Niagara Falls - Fallsview Hotel team, you will have the opportunity to apply your unique talents for the exciting and challenging responsibilities of your position.

Enter daily schedules, corrections, and issue report upon request for the following departments:
Set-up purchase orders
Preparing invoices and track credit card receipts to be sent to Accounting
General admin tasks (filing, faxing, scanning, ordering supplies etc.)
Fill out injury reports/WSIB forms
Keep Engineering Quality Assurance binders up to date
Enter information as required into LightStay
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
Speak clearly and listen carefully.
Use personal judgment and specialized knowledge to give information to people.
Communicate well with many different kinds of people.
Change easily and frequently from one activity to another such as from typing to interviewing, to searching in a directory, to using a telephone.
Use eyes, hands, and fingers accurately while operating a switchboard or computer keyboard.

HS Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role
This position requires a varying schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays associated with a 7-day per week operation.

***Must be available to work evenings, weekends & holidays***
