What will I be doing?

In addition to ensuring every Guest feels Cared for, Values and Respected, the Brasa Host(ess)/Cashier will be responsible for greeting Guests in a prompt and courteous manner while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude. Upon Guest arrival, the Host(ess)/Cashier will ensure that the seat and table selection is to the Guests satisfaction. When accepting reservations, the Host(ess)/Cashier will also be responsible for communicating special Guest requests to Management. General knowledge of the menu and responding to Guest inquiries about the restaurant and/or its services will also be required. The Host(ess)/Cashier will be expected to settle the bill with our Guests and thank them for choosing to dine with us.

  • Previous Host(ess)/Cashier experience in a fine dining restaurant is an asset


  • Strong Guest service skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Positive and professional attitude


  • Required to provide a certificate proving completion of the Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers (e-course provided by the Ministry of Labour)
  • Must be available weekends, long weekends, holidays
