We are currently seeking a Group Sales Ambassador to join our team on a Seasonal basis. This position has an exciting responsibility to manage our tour group arrivals and deliver excellent guest service while providing support to the Sales team. Potential candidates should have previous customer service skills in a sales and/or guest relations capacity and be multi-lingual.

Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Full preparation of tour group arrivals (group follow up, passenger count, expected time of arrival, etc.)
  • Greets tour groups and F.I.T. passengers upon arrival and serves as a host for a large number of non-English speaking guests
  • Group arrival management
  • Prepares sales reports using internal systems to collect, record and track tour group arrivals
  • Maintains sales records by updating account information
  • Assist Sales team with site preparation and support with sales kits, brochures and other materials
  • Research, projects and other sales related activities may include; but, not limited to competitive information, social media, etc.
  • Provides a variety of translation and interpretation services for guests requiring language assistance
  • Answers inquiries, offers suggestions and provides information in various languages pertaining to onsite activities
  • Proactive administrative support and general office functions as assigned by Director of Sales
  • Serves as a translator for any and all departments when foreign language translation is needed
  • Work in cooperation with all departments and team members to ensure a streamlined experience for all groups
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure guests needs are met/exceeded


  • High attention to detail, passion for service with a positive, cooperative, team player attitude
  • Working knowledge of computers, Internet access and the ability to navigate within a variety of software
  • Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and distinctly
  • Knowledge (verbal and written) of other languages is desired; specifically Korean, Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, French or German
  • Capable of working a variety of shifts and days of the week
  • Experience with tour business and previous Sales skills an asset
  • Proactive, solutions oriented individual
  • Ability to work well under pressure while handling a multitude of tasks
  • Skilled and sensitive listener who understands customer needs with strong problem solving abilities
  • Strong and professional communicator (verbal and written)
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance
  • Police check required
