Guest Service representatives are required to:

Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Verify all information at check in.

Accurately handle cash and credit card information.

Answer phones and guests inquiries.

Offer assistance to guests in regards to hotel amenities and nearby attractions.

Establish and maintain rapport with guests during check in and duration of stay.

Problem-solving guests concerns and proactively exceeding guests expectations.

Follow all safety policies.


At least one year front desk/hotel/customer service experience an asset.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administration skills.

Present a high degree of professional work ethic and image.

Able to take control of situation and problem solve.

Job Type: Part time leading to Full time (full time would be Dec 20 thru Jan 10)

MUST be able to work day/evening/weekend-weekdays/holidays
