About the Marketing and Brand Manager position

See Sight Tours provides small group tours in popular tourist destinations across Canada and is rapidly expanding into new destinations across North America.

Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Brand Manager to deliver insightful and innovative marketing campaigns that align with our brand and the insights from our guests. You will be joining a fast-paced, strategic environment in which you will conceptualize and implement strategies intended to grow our market and strengthen the reputation of See Sight Tours. In addition, your position will be integral in the improvement of customer satisfaction, drive, and growth.

Marketing and Brand Manager will be responsible for:
Authentically analyzing the See Sight Tours brand, crystallizing guest insights
Assuring that the See Sight Tours brand and culture is effectively communicated across all of our content platforms (Web, digital, print etc.) and partners (OTA's, suppliers, resellers etc.)
By taking ownership of our brand, and thereby will provide mission, vision, and goals to match.
Compelling our guests to take action through creation of motivating content and leadership of creative development.
Acting as a motivating force for the team, encouraging everyone to do their best work.
Monitoring the trends of the market, researching activities of consumer markets and competitor activities, in order to identify key issues as well as opportunities
Ensuring product line consistency through monitoring of marketing and advertising agencies
Owning the implementation of marketing campaigns from start to finish
Experimenting with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, influencer marketing, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
Producing content for our website and blog that attracts and converts customers through its valuable and engaging nature.
Partnering with key industry players, agencies and vendors to form strategic relationships.
Conceptualizing growth strategies that are new and unique
Ensuring that the direction, choices, and tactics of brand are aligned

Brand Manager requirements are:
Demonstrable experience in marketing, coupled with the desire and potential to learn
Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising content that produce engaging, educating, and motivating marketing campaigns.
Proven ability to effectively develop and communicate brand and marketing strategies and recommend those to the team
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Communication and interpersonal skills of the advanced degree
Consistently current on latest trends and marketing best practices
Able to proficiently work with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
Excellent command of the English language
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field preferred
