This position is responsible for providing assistance to Marineland’s Operations Team Leader ensuring that all tasks assigned are completed as specified and within a timely manner, this position will ensure that all guest expectations are met by acting as a liaison to all Park Operations Team Leaders when dealing with guest, operational and staff concerns. Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service, and upholding the organizations professionalism and integrity as to maximize the operation of a quality family entertainment experience.
Work in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, company policies and procedures.
Variety of walking, standing, crouching, kneeling or standing for extended periods of time.
Able to provide exceptional communication at all levels
Able to support a 7-day week operation
Enforce all company policies and procedures when possible
Participate as a team member
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
Previous experience an asset
Class “G” Drivers License
Able to meet deadlines, work autonomously as well as part of a team
Interact effectively with others
Meets work demands and expectations in an efficient and effective manner
Excellent verbal and written communications
Able to work in an outdoor environment and in varying weather conditions
Maintain confidentiality at all times
