We came last year for comicon and arranged for an accessible room but when we arrived we were told it was just given to someone else for some reason we were early for check in as well .We checked in and expected to also see the crib we requested and it wasnt there either had to call to request this again. We went out for dinner and was surprised with a motel this large there was only 2 accessible parking spots unfortunately these were you guessed it taken .Ended up having to park at the very far end of the lot and to the back near a dark area . it was a trek to say the least to get to the doors. Back in the room we found we were shirt pillows so called down and in a little while a worker showed up with towels , there may have been a language barrier here so my very pregnant daughter followed the fellow to get pillows ?? Upon checkout i asked why so few handicapped spots and accessible rooms seeing the general population is getting older and were told they were renovating but this doesnt explain parking and were then told we could have parked out front in the restricted check in parking but how were we suppose to know .we got the parking fee waived wow
