Guide to Parking in Niagara Falls


Fallsview Blvd and Robinson Street

  • A very large parking lot located at Fallsview Avenue and Robinson Street. You may park your car all day long $5.00 for the day.

Fallsview Blvd across from the Imax Theatre

  • Smaller gravel parking lot


The following PAID Parking Lots operated by Niagara Parks are conveniently located close to the Falls:

Falls Parking Lot: Park all day for one price per entrance. Located opposite the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, across from Table Rock – where you can visit Journey Behind the Falls, Elements on the Falls Restaurant, many Shops and Quick Serve food options. Follow the Parking signs to drive south 0.5 km past the Falls to the Lot entrance. Open year-round.

Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens and Butterfly Conservatory Parking Lots: The Botanical Gardens and Butterfly Conservatory are located 9 kilometers (6 miles) north of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls near the Lewiston-Queenston International Bridge. Parking is $5.00. For Ontario residents, an annual parking pass may be purchased for a one time fee of $10.00.

Floral Showhouse Parking Lot: Located just 0.5 km south of the Falls offers paid parking by the hour. $5 hourly rate applies to a max of $20 per day.

Rapidsview Parking Lot: Located 1.5 km south of the Falls on the Niagara Parkway, parking for $10.00 per day includes a free shuttle ride to Table Rock at the Falls. Parking for Recreational Vehicles is available here. Open weekends only mid-May to mid-June. Daily- June 26 to Labour Day

Queen Victoria Place: Located at the foot of Murray Street, below the Fallsview Casino Resort. Limited paid Parking is available here for a visit to Edgewaters Tap & Grill or the Riverview Family Buffet.

FREE parking is available at all of the Niagara Parks’ locations that are outside of the central Falls/Queen Victoria Park area:

White Water Walk, Whirlpool Aero Car, Queenston Heights Park/Restaurant, Old Fort Erie, McFarland House, Mackenzie Printery, Laura Secord Homestead, Floral Clock, Dufferin Islands and Niagara Glen Nature Areas, Kingsbridge Park (a parking fee is charged on weekends and Holidays only June 25 to September 5), Legends on the Niagara Golf/Clubhouse, Whirlpool Golf Course/Restaurant, Oak Hall Par 3. There are several small free parking areas are located along the Niagara Parkway, along with benches and picnic tables, for you to stop and enjoy our many scenic lookouts.

There are several streets in the tourist area that have metered parking on the street. The Niagara Parkway has pay to use parking spaces near Pop and Lolly's. Clifton Hill has pay to use spots as well.

Handicapped Parking stickers from any locale are acceptable in Niagara Falls. These guests may use city metered parking free at this time. Please note that if the meters are time specific , tickets are still handed out for any car parked longer than the time specified.

Public Parking areas DO NOT ALLOW OVERNIGHT PARKING. There are many private daily rate parking lots in and around the tourist area on streets such as Victoria Ave. Bender St., Ellen Ave, etc.. They each set their own rates and rules.

Free 90 Minute Downtown Parking
Exploring the Queen St. District has never been easier! Did you know that starting June 29, 2015, the City, along with the Downtown B.I.A, will be offering free 90 minute parking on marked streets downtown?

Soon you will be able to park on all signed streets in the Downtown zone for a maximum of 90 consecutive minutes - free of charge. You can park at as many locations in the zone as you wish - given you remain within the allotted 90 minute period. Upon expiry - you may not re-park ( for free) within 4 hours of initially parking.

Municipal Parking Lots are still available for those who wish to park longer than the allotted time.
