Here is another of my favourite photos from my historic photograph collection.
This is an intriguing picture of a family dining on the balcony of the Refectory Restaurant ( now re-named Edgewaters) in 1926.Everyone is dressed in their Sunday best and even the server is in a tuxedo!
The Illumination Tower is just barely visible in the background at the centre of the photograph.
The balcony outdoor area of this restaurant is still around today and still one of the best spots to enjoy close-up views of the falls.
