Written by Hicks, Runaway June’s Jennifer Wayne and Jason Deere, the song was recorded at Zac Brown’s Southern Ground studio in Nashville and it marries the sounds of country and soul, drawing comparisons to artists like Jackson Browne, Chris Stapleton and Tyler Childers.
Air Supply: The Lost in Love Experience
Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock met in 1975 during a production of Jesus Christ Superstar. They formed Air Supply, signed to Arista Records, and had a breakout hit with "Lost in Love" in 1980. Their ballads resonated with audiences, and they achieved great success, including touring in China and Taiwan. They had a landmark hit with "Making Love Out of Nothing at All" in 1983. They were inducted into the Australian Hall of Fame in 2013. Air Supply celebrated their 40th anniversary in 2015 and are still creating beautiful music.
