Niagara Falls YEStination Getaway Contest – Official Rules
Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, agencies and suppliers of Niagara Falls Tourism, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Contest Period
The “Contest” begins on July 9, 2025 and ends on August 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received within this period to be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must join the Niagara Falls Tourism email newsletter by completing the official online entry form during the Contest Period (email address and postal/zip code of residence required).
Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
The email address used to enter the contest must be active and not be unsubscribed at the time of the contest draw.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) overnight hotel stay for up to four (4) people at Sheraton Fallsview in Niagara Falls, Canada with Fallsview Indoor Waterpark passes.
- Up to four (4) tickets to Niagara Falls attractions: Niagara City Cruise Voyage to the Falls, WildPlay Zipline to the Falls, Clifton Hill Fun Pass, Picnic on the Pier by Niagara Nautico, Niagara Parks Niagara Takes Flight (new attraction opening August 29th).
- Tasty treats from BeaverTails on Clifton Hill.
Prize elements are subject to change and based on availability Sunday to Thursday. All other expenses (including transportation, meals, and incidentals) are the responsibility of the winner. Prize must be redeemed by December 18, 2025. Prize must be accepted as awarded, cannot be transferred, and has no cash value ($1000 estimated prize value is in Canadian dollars).
Winner Selection & Notification
On September 3, 2025, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The selected entrant will be contacted by email within one (1) business day of the draw. To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:
- Respond to the email notification within two (2) business days
- Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question
- Sign and return a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release form (where legal)
Failure to comply will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Niagara Falls Tourism shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
General Conditions:
By entering the Contest, you give Niagara Falls Tourism permission to send you promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time after the Contest Period. Unsubscribing before the contest draw date will disqualify you from the chance to win.
By entering the Contest, each entrant releases and holds the Releasees harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrants or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in the Contest, any breach of the Contest Rules, or in any prize-related activity. Each entrant agrees to fully indemnify Releasees from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Contest, without limitation.
Niagara Falls Tourism reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw or amend this Contest in any way, without prior notice or obligation, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Niagara Falls Tourism that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Contest Rules. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Niagara Falls Tourism reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
