Emerging from the Toronto club scene to now celebrating their 40th anniversary, Blue Rodeo has proven to be one of Canada’s most enduring and beloved bands. They have received 31 JUNO Award nominations (winning 12) and 17 CCMA Awards (winning two).  Blue Rodeo has sold more than four million albums, played thousands of shows, been inducted into both the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame, received a star on Canada’s Walk of Fame, been named to the Order of Canada and have been honoured with the Governor General’s Performing Arts Award.

Their musical contributions have not only established Blue Rodeo’s legacy but have also impacted the progression of rock and country music, inspiring many artists and becoming interwoven with the cultural identity of the country.  Hit songs include “Try”, “Hasn’t Hit Me Yet”, “Somebody Waits”, “Head Over Heels”, “Til I Am Myself Again”, “5 Days in May”, “It Could Happen to You”, “Rain Down on Me” plus many more.
