This season, Chef Massimo Capra celebrates the heart of Italian cooking with dishes inspired by fresh, locally sourced produce — bringing the simple pleasures of the Italian table to life.

 In celebration of the 100th anniversary of the binational Niagara Falls Illumination Board, a special light and laser show synchronized to music will be presented on Niagara Falls on the evenings of September 12, 13 and 14. The displays will take place three times each night at 8:30 p.m., 9:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. for 15 minutes, with a dazzling fireworks display sponsored by the Niagara Falls Hotel Association at 10 p.m. prior to the final show of each evening.
