WHEN ARE PICK UP TIMES?

For Daily Tours, we start pick-ups in Niagara Falls an hour before the start of the tour and about a half an hour before in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Please see Daily Tours for more details.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PICK UP EMAIL?

You will receive your pick-up information email by 7pm the day before your tour.

HOW LONG ARE THE TOURS?

Tours are anywhere from 4-6 hours long, plus time for pickup and drop-offs.

WHAT IF WE DO NOT HAVE OUR ACCOMMODATIONS BOOKED YET?

If you do not have your accommodations booked yet, please put TBD in the accommodations section when booking. When you do have your pick up address confirmed, please respond to your confirmation email with the address.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our cancellation policy for custom tours is to reschedule or refund the entire balance up to 30 days before the tour and up to 21 days for daily tours. For all refunds and cancellations, a 3% credit card surcharge will apply, which we cannot recapture.
