Join us to celebrate the 309th birthday of The Canadian Royal Regiment of Artillery. Fort George will be celebrating with a BANG!  Cannons and mortars will roar to life with firing demonstrations along with specialized programing that will highlight the “Heavy Metal” from days gone by. Artillery firing demonstrations will be happening at 11:15 am, 1:15 pm and 3:15 pm.

Fort George is filled with pomp and circumstance as War of 1812 re-enactors show what life was like in Upper Canada for the “upper class”. Beautiful uniforms and décor will adorn the Officers’ Quarters with demonstrations happening throughout the day.

Bonus: All visitors wearing a fancy hat will receive 20% off admission. Youth 17 and under have free admission! (the 20% off discount does not apply to the canon firing).
